Products and Services

Indianapolis Pallets provides pallet buying, selling, repair, recycling, and transportation services. All products and services are subject to availability and may vary.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms will be established at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received according to agreed terms.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have concerns about your order. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Indianapolis Pallets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
